Rang, I didn t answer. Looked them up on the internet and found it was SM BPO Solutions, an office outsourcing company.

Junk callers from Cardiff (029 area code). Phone did not ring because this number is already blocked by the BT Blacklist (BT Call Protect for landlines). They rang me on a simil...

Phone on to answer phone. Caller hung up and did not leave a message. Got the number from 1471, but when I tried to ring back was told number not recognised.

How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Original call number came in as V21309255500012, when picked up and answered, no response, just silence. After hanging up, hit CID button (caller ID) and the new number was revealed as 1-778-555-0161, a number from British Vancouver.
