Got a call from them the other dqy, sounded quite professional asked for my husband but he wasn t home. Alarm bells started to ring when l asked for a reference number and the guy said CD, for credit debit! Very dodgy.
Had just been passed my accisent file for a not at fault claim, I replied with 'Is that so?' I was asked whether the information he was provided was correct - Interested to see where this was going my reply was ' please proceed' I was then spoken to rather rudely ' There is no point proceeding if its not correct' and was hung up on......
