This is a scam setup , they are using information stolen from Dell breach recently to get you to update "security systems" on your laptop or PC. DONT FALL FOR IT!! This is the number I was given to phone back , they call them selves "Media Consulting" or some BS. Number I was phoned from is 01236 985489
No one there just background noise when answered
this number keeps calling me leaving a voicemail message, saying "for just 2 minutes of your time, press 9 to opt out" but if you press 9 it rings them back and I suspect they charge a premium rate.
Hung up on me, then 2 minutes later got another call from a Manchester number saying I had one £500. Both blocked!

Had several calls that I let ring out. Only answered so they d stop calling. Guy, said he was a representative of EE offering me deals. Lot of noise in the background, he got interrupted by something chiming very loudly. Listened to his spiel and politely explained I wasn t interested and took it well, until I mentioned that I couldn t afford one of the products he was offering that I was actually interested in and he rather rudely told me I should get a better paid job. This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn t) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to update their records I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn t find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it s a scam.
