I have received calls over a number of years from a company asking about an "accident" I have never had. I have blocked every call but they continue to use new numbers. They now introduce themselves as the "Excellent Advice Company".

I have called applianceserve on 08004118899. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. She looked up my details and said someone will call me tomorrow in office hours. She sounded pleasant - so - watch this space!!

someone from this number called me a few minutes ago, and asked to speak to Mr J *****. I asked who was calling, he said "Matthew" I asked "what do you want him for", he replied that "its personal" (AT NO POINT DID I CONFIRM OR DENY MY I.D.. I then asked "if its personal, What is Mr J ***** s First Name". But guess what, He didn t know, and thats when i had fun and he hung up. EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place. What can they possibly get out of it if there was genuinely no accident to "close the file" on?? Beats me!

Called me today. I ignored because I suspected a scam. Having now read previous comments, I will block the number.

Someone called me 4 times today starting at 07:00 with this number but with the norwegian countrycode. Just now they called again but from UK. They wanted to know if I was looking for a job and that they had a position in Sweden and in London.
