Supposedly a home insurance call. Informed the caller that it was a cold call and as such he was in my understanding breaking the law.
Answered phone, NO one spoke. Because it was a local number I called back. A recorded message said that we were contacted today for market research purposes? Did not wait to listen to rest of message & put phone down.

Wife picked up phone but always wary due to my insistence and previous experience; just heard the woman on the other end ask her if she was *name, and asked if she "was the main user of her computer"; at that point, my wife put the phone down with a cursory "Not interested"
