This number seems to be used for UltraMarkets (check it on http://ultramarkets.com/) for marketing purposes. Not a bad service in the worst meaning, just a nuisance call in most cases.

This number cost me over £6 for 2 calls adding up to about 10 minutes. I am usually careful about calling numbers when I don't know who they are but I cannot remember why I called this number. It is a number for somewhere in Hanoi, Vietnam

Not sure what the caller's name was, and I couldn't understand the company name (I suspect that she was being purposefully vague) but they stated that I'd made an 'online enquiry' and started asking for my personal details. I didn't share them, but they kept asking. I suspect spam or phishing.
