This number is indeed Eon. Very polite message left on ansphone. No return calls to that number - they left the 0345 customer service number in message to ring back.

Caller said she was from the feedback company regarding my reporting a pothole. I told her that I hadn't. She cut the call.

This company was originally using a landline number. They are now calling people from a bogus mobile number which shows up as 07463 804966. They are not legitimate and seeking additional info about you. When you call the mobile number back a recording says that the number is not recognised. Hang up or block them, but do not confirm your name or address as they ask you to do.

I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too. everytime I ask them to give me the company name they hang up, number shows as a London area code but when you call back it s dead? using IP phones with local area codes for the UK, going by their accents I would say most probably coming from India. Do NOT tell them anything about yourself, as they ll only sell it on to another dodgy bunch who will keep up the harassment.

I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. I told them I would not help them in making a fraud claim. they wouldnt even tell me where and when this accident location was
