Indistinct message on answering service saying there was a law suit against me. Obviously a scam, but a rubbish one! Could frighten people though.

This is a fraudulent company who offers you a loan and asks you to pay the first instalment by UKASH before they release funds they will email you a loan agreement which is full of errors and mistakes and does not even have an address on it. I have read in another thread there that they have conned three people out of over £2,000 in the last three days.
