SPAM picked up pressed 1 it was answered by what sounded like a call center and one of our asian friends,who promptly said he was from the national insurance compromising team...i just stated if he wanted my bank details as well...phone was swiftly put down at his end..get an honest job if you go to HRMC site it clearly states they will not ,text,call,email about your personal details utter fraud/scam

This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey. They have now changed their number. The spoofing still carries on and people are getting missed call messages with this number on their mobiles and landlines. You get robocalls until you pick up from one Bournemouth number, then the next day you get your "local" energy adviser calling you - just got rid at that point so unsure whether a scam, but certainly unsolicited, and since my number is in the TPS database for not getting unsolicited calls, you can bet your life it's a dodgy company not bothered about following the law or regulations.
