After the worst experience of my life dealing or rather " attempting " To deal with Scottish Power it is a whole new experience dealing with British gas lite ,the simplicity surrounding B/gas is very nearly faultless , enter readings , receive bill online in minutes , pay by direct debit , wonderful the only fly in the ointment on a couple of times my meter readings were not as b/gas expected.

Numerous calls for days, couldn’t get information as to why he was calling. When told not to call again, 1 was told to go and kill myself.

01315105459 called me this evening from Edinburgh. She had an English accent and knew my name and marital status and number. She claimed to deal with policy's and worked for royal London. I am quite concerned as a surveyor is going to ring me to make an appointment to come and inspect the insulation. Have checked the number it’s from Peterborough! Won’t be letting anyone in my house.
Claimed to be from reputable finance institution with loud dance music playing in the background, wanted to make sure I got back money I had invested, some nonsense about block-chain, called him out as a fraud and he said the music was because it was Friday afternoon! Utter BS! He started talking nonsense and generally being cheeky so I asked him to remove my number from his database, advised he would, asked if the music was loud enough for me etc, told him call wasn't costing me anything, he hung up, CLOWN
