I have been telephoned this afternoon – apparently by EE – to tell me that I was getting a 45% discount on my bill for the next year? I was then passed on to a supervisor to confirm my email address – which I did. Be aware of this number 07460513465, it is a scam. Call made by a female with a heavy accent accent, pretending to be from Sky to check your internet connection speed 'because Sky are doing upgrades in your area' She tries to gain access to your phone and laptop by asking you to preform searches and logging onto an unrelated website. After deliberately giving her the run around because it was obvious she was a con artist, I received verbal racial abuse and a threat of violence for wasting her time.

This number is being used for a scam. This number called claiming to be the bank & said two large payments had been drawn from my account- one for Amazon & one international payment . I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.
