Rude out of country call. Asked my name and became rude when I asked what it was about. Annoying usual data collection/confirmation spam call.

SCAM Call from local number pretending to be BT. Said issues with router and bank payments. Asked to download anydesk app, to access pc remotely and confirm 9 digit code. Asked for email address, to open up bank statement, balance and recent transactions. Scamming an 80yr old, female - outrageous.
Fraud This number is being used in an attempted fraud. I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. I still didn't answer but waited for it tobgive up, which it eventually did. It must have been calling me for over 5 minutes, which is pretty crazy. Seems probable based on the previous

He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. He said he was working for Amazon and needed to track down who had ordered 2 mobile phones from Amazon using my bank details (which he had) but had arranged to be delivered to an address that was not mine. To do this he wanted me to go into my bank app and arrange a transfer of £5000 to an account for which he provided and which my bank cleared as existing. I went along with it up to the point of transfer and he then became pressing and agitated.
