This company called saying that they were aware ny pension had been frozen. (I left work in May 2015 due to ill health...I'm 38) they had no info about my pension and kept asking me to confirm my details...which they had non of. According to them the Gov had asked such companies to call people who could be subject to costs for freezing their pension, this company could do a free report to see if I was one of those people. This number shows as International and 01274792012... Said it was a quick survey, I asked where they got my details from and they said public source. They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.
