Caller stated they were from virgin media and there was corruption on my router, they stated they would disconnect my internet due to the corruption if i didnt let them help me fix it. I have since called virgin media who confirms they have not called me

This person left a message to say my "shipment" could not be delivered and I must contact the post office. As I have been at home all day and I have not ordered anything I am reluctant to contact these people. Nobody came to my door as I have CCTV and nobody has called here today. This frightens me as I am an old lady.

Rang me twice. When I picked up they said it was from Curry’s PC world, saying they had a promotions for phones and asked what phone I was using now. I said I wasn’t interested, and they hung up without saying anything else. It was quite hard to hear as their environment was loud, sounded kind of like a call centre in India. I’m not a Curry’s shopper so I doubt the legitimacy of this, probably a scam.

A guy with a strong eastern accent, called Jason, phoned me claiming to be from BT, claiming that my Internet address had become visible to everyone and that people would try to scam me. He wanted me to open Google but I said I couldn't. It felt like a scam of some sort.

I answered a call from this number at 2.19pm today and I could not understand what the man on the phone was saying. When I said, Sorry as in I didn't understand and wanted him to repeat what he said, he just hung up. I'm guessing it was some sort of SPAM phone call.

(Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.

Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number. This mobile number rang me today 16th may 23 then when I called it back the number came back unrecognised. Either a one way number ie one that can call you but you can’t call them back. Or possibly suspicious caller. Can’t use any headings above as I don’t know anything about this number yet.
