Claim to have got number from national accident register. It is illegal under Privace & Electronic Communications Regulations & Data Protection Act (see ICO.org) to use personal data without permission, irrespective of whether it is on a list or not. I have reported them to ICO. You should too - it is the only way to get nuisance callers fined.

I realised this was a scam call but took the precaution of phoning my bank just to ensure that nothing had been deducted/was pending from Amazon/Prime.
