more calls from this company,once again tried to get personel details from me re PPI claim (I have NEVER had PPI on any accounts) which is why I know they are cons and frauds, yesterdays caller offered me PENSION PLAN !! BEWARE.Instead of getting angry I play them at their own game (wasting their time and money!!!!) LOL
Claiming to be doing research on behalf of Manchester City Council. Told them I did not want to participate still kept calling. Had to block the number. They would also call using a private number too.

Caller - Indian sounding - called about my internet - wrong number for that so annoyed him by speaking Viet Namese then hung up and blocked number.
Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. I asked him to hold on for a moment, muted the call, put it on speaker and just left the phone on the desk while I carried on with my work. Fraud. Another BT scam call from a woman with Indian accent. Familiar voice from previous different numbers. When challenged, she started shouting and became abusive. The idea is to extort money from you and they will protect you online. I can see how some may be frightened and fall for this scam. So Be Warned And Don’t Respond.
