Con merchants when I asked where they were calling from as voice certainly sounded foreign they told me they were from Manchester UK I asked what time of day is it there they said daytime I asked what times it there? They didn t even specify what kind of account nor did they ever identify the company they were calling from. Just got a call from this number on our landline, saying it was from 'Solutions' and then 'Solutions Marketing' (when I pushed the lady further for information). They had my wifes name, the 1st line of our address (at least) and said that they wanted to 'save us money on our broadband/telephone'. This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre.
