The prefix 01807 is the dialling code for Ballindaloch, a rural area near Aberdeen. The call consists of a short whine, then a silence of around 3 seconds, and then the call is hung up. Almost certainly an auto-dialler checking that a number gets a response so a scammer to give you a call later. The call has almost certainly been rerouted though Scotland from a foreign location.
