This number calls me at least twice a day,when i answer they hang up...i wont be phoning the number back

This number rings me everyday but when I answer I hear a beep and it disconnects. Rang at 6.20am this morning (a Saturday!) I am not impressed.

On answering all I heard was some music there was no reply to my asking who was calling. Annoying and possibly dangerous scam call

This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account

So, so, so tired of this same phone call every couple of weeks. I have blocked every number it comes through yet still they manage to contact me. I do not understand how they get away with it?!?! Something should be done.

I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent. Different approach each time he calls, the first time telling me he was from British Gas your electricity provider and wanting to renew my contract, (i m with another company) so I asked him to stop calling and please remove me from his calling list, he just carried on with his spiel so i put phone down. Had about seven missed calls from them, I rang them back and it said to me there is a problem with a connection every time. Finally caught the call on the seventh attempt of them calling me and there was absolutely nothing on the other side.
