This is the fourth time this week calls from 01223 reputed to be Cambridge? saying my bank account has been attacked etc when pressed 2 to talk to the operator a female Asian voice answered....I asked are you in Nagapur India, the line went dead? SCAM - Mobile phone company scam calling my business mobile
Called pretending to be Carphone Warehouse to "upgrade" my phone. Could not tell me what phone I currently had, What carrier I was on. Stated they ONLY had my name and number.
SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. Please do not do any business with this
Highly probable that this is a scam call – Caller claimed to be from BT regarding an internet connection problem, he had an Indian accent and wanted me to access computer. I ended the call at this stage.
