I said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, as I haven't had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse. I also suspect this isn't really Carphone Warehouse!Reply

Also had calls from 0161 201 0040 ( Jubilee & Wilson Accounts Dept ). Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls

It s a company called Boost energy. I rang the no to check, but didn t engage. They have rung everyday for over 3 weeks now, leaving silences on my answermachine. I won t answer, so expected them to give up, but they don t I m on Telephone preference for a reason! I find this really harrassing.

Calls again and again. Phone normally gets put down on answer. Once heard a woman saying " Calling about the PAYG phone you bought recently " then it cut off. Added niumber to my blacklist and yet it still keeps coming through.

Who is this?

I have had this call 3 times in 2 days and states it is from HM Customs and Revenue. It tells me not to ignore the call and to call back and then get in touch with my solicitors...

This company has called at least twice, asking for a person who has never lived here and when asked what number they called they gave a number for the area I live in but not mine. Found theirs by 1471. A Phishing call. Never give out any info, I do not even give my name or real number!

they rang me this morning and asked to speak to a MR,S C....... I said i dont know anyone by the name of Ess. She tried tried to explain that S was the initial and not the name. I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha. I politely told her not to ring me again and told her to P-Off but i did explain what the initial P stood for. She did then say she would remove my number from her list. hopefully

you had a car accident blah blah blah. came up as a local number (chesterfield)but was down south when i asked.when i said any accidents i had had had been delt with and all claims made she put phone down on me. nice.

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots
