Claims to be BT openreach technical department. couldn't confirm account holder name. wanted me to use laptop or computer to check speeds. Told him I had done that already this morning and was quite happy with it but he was insisting I tried it on my computer or laptop. I was apparently overpaying for the speed i was getting and should be refunded.?!?!? hung up at that point, I couldn't be bothered listening anymore.
Used to call me reporting withdraws from my bank account claiming to be from Visa. It must be a scam came through on my business phone which I do not use for any personal transactions.

I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. 01615323513 is a SCAM number. Called me at 08:55hrs 11 April 2022, purporting to be from Microsoft saying that I had a problem with my computer. I do not have a Microsoft computer so this was clearly a scam and the number 01615323513 has now been blocked.

Grammatical mistakes in this (no space between "Aug." and "This"; no comma after "To disable this") and referring to "me" suggest spam call.
