They sent a message asking to call them urgently, when I called them they refused to say what there company did unless I gave them my details, they said they had sent emails and letters, which I havent recived. Fraud - Do not pay attention to this number! Automated message claiming you have committed tax fraud, and you must press 1 otherwise you will be arrested immediately. Hmmm well OK then! I can only assume of you pressed 1 you will be asked to of course disclose your obligatory bank details. JUST IGNORE and BLOCK!!!
I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.

Just after receiving 01225 809616 (no response, no speech), which I picked up because it was a local number to us. This number called - listed as International 0037283087478. I let the call go to answer machine where it shut off after 3 secs. So, was the 1st number a spoof call to capture numbers of people who picked up? Which the 2nd number then used?
