Weird thing was, this call came in on my company mobile, the number for which is only given out to colleagues and a few family members. I ve never used it to sign up for anything so no idea how they got it. Assume auto dialler?

When I went to answer this call I got a message telling me that all operators were busy and if I would like to call them their n umber was. No way I going to call them, if they want me they can phone again.

Its a company called Boomi , trying to sell me a cloud solution as they must have got my details from Linkedin. Genuine company , just telemarketing to I.T. people.
Still not sure who called, rang it back as expecting contact with Brentford County Court, the call was answered by answer machine that said "Trying to connect you" then some music and then the line went silent so I cut the call when that happened and still no answer. Seems dodgy now but will see if they ring back.

SCAM / SPAM This was an automated message stating that I had an outstanding tax case against me and I should press 1 now to be put through to an advisor. If I didn't press 1, then the case would be forwarded to the authorities and I would be arrested shortly. I did nothing and the call just died, and so far have not been arrested. This is a very dangerous scam that is threatening and could scare some vulnerable people, into doing something.
SCAM 'I just received a text on my mobile phone saying "NatWest: You sucessully paired a new device. If you do not recognise this visit nat.west.newdev-secure.com to revert the setting." Spelling mistakes were in the original message. This is obviously a scam as I do not have a Nat West account.'.

Received a call from this number appertaining to be from Amazon asking me to confirm/cancel a purchase of £99. When I said cancel she asked me what device i used so she could send me a cancellation form? I said i was away from my computer but she said she would wait on the line until I was in front of it. She quoted my correct address but I didn't feel happy so ended the call.
