DON'T SPEAK if you don't recognise the number - JUST LISTEN, wait for them to speak first. I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.

Fraud - recorded message saying bank card has been used on multiple transactions, one for £700 and to press certain number if I had not made these. This is a fraudulent scam to get your bank details and steal your money.
