A few minutes ago I had a call from 01414467459 that I could hardly hear due to cracked sounds in ll.the line, from a foreign lady who wanted to talk to me about my Amazon account. I don't have such an account so I put the phone down immediately. Obviously yet another spam call.
Returned the call and the answering machine said Brother Steven from the House of Resurrection!

Fraud says they were from BT and i had issues with my internet where someone had gained access and the IP address was being used in different place.

I have received quite a few calls from this number. I decided to phone it back, and there was an automated computer voice (sounded a bit American) which said "I m sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye." Obviously a scam of some sort. I ve saved the number in my phone as Spam Caller , so I ll be sure not to answer it in future.

Some man claiming to be from Energy Geeks about my water supply. Asked him a few times as to what he has to do with my water supply as there is only one company that provide in this area. Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. Phoned me, asking if I was Darren Cambridge of Brotherton Avenue in Wakefield. They become very aggressive when I asked them where they got my number and then I hung up! I was shaking after the way they spoke to me.

Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
