This company has been making these calls for at least 2 years. My suggestion is to contact your MP or the press and embarrass ICO into doing the job they are paid for. Give them their character in words of your choosing then put the phone down. 01456 is a UK code but comes up as international on caller display so the origin of the call has been faked
