Im confused about these. I answered a call yesterday when I was at work. She said she was from virgin and needed to discuss my account. She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. these people rang on several occasions from various numbers around the country as I blocked them one by one. they rang whilst I was at work, even though I said not. The last call from this number I told them to take me off the list and they would not give up, even after saying I couldn't take calls at work. in the end I said if you ring back I will take this further and hung up.
