I saw this company?s ?Assisted Bathroom? ad on the tv, went online and requested a brochure. Since then they have called my house phone (which I did not give them!) several times a day, every day. I answered one call today and didn?t give the lady a chance, I told her that I had requested a brochure and not a telephone call and to not bother with the brochure. SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share

He then RANG ME BACK & demanded to know why Id hung up on him when I hadnt heard what he had to say.
