SCAM / SPAM - Automated recording claiming to be from HMRC who have a tax fraud case open. Asked to press 1 to be put through to the relevant tax officer. Clearly a scam - HMRC do not work like that.
This is a media company that has several publications, one of which I was in called the Derbyshire Guardian and had the success I required. I also found them very reasonable on price as I am a small business with a small budget.

SCAM - rang first from a London landline. Stating this is Scorpions and I have applied for a loan for £2000 with £99 monthly repayment over 24 months. Explained I haven’t. Began insulting me after he said I should stop wasting people’s time if I don’t need the loan. Politely asked to watch his tone. Started screaming “Shut Up! Shut Up!”. Hung up. This number called me twice this morning. When I called back, I got a pre-recorded message saying they would call me back another time. I had exactly the same from them last year and asked them to remove me from their database then, request obviously ignored.
