It's a fraud scam. They've somehow got a list of people who have purchased white goods and they're calling them to tell them the warranty has expired. I told him to fuck off and put the phone down as they were clearly trying to get me to pay for a new insurance policy when I blatantly didn't. Got a call from a pleasant girl saying she was from "Energy Rescue" at EuroCentral in Motherwell.
