It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. Look under comments from Anonymous...RESEARCH AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!

I didn t answer the call as very suspicious but rang them back to get info. Say they re claims specialists and got my details from Motor Insurance Bureau. I haven t had an accident and they had my name wrong. Very foreign accents. I suspect a scam. have blocked the number.
