This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?

Accident claims - I was involved in a car crash recently and it seems they got my details from somewhere.

Explained I dealt with accounts and ask what it was regarding, couldn t speak to me as not director, advised to send a letter, wow not impressed at my suggestion...as I pointed out anything to do with HMRC they will contact us directly. She hung up on me...

I answered the call. They just hung up without saying a word.

Similar to other comments - caller said he was from Microsoft and said my computer had been sending them warning messages. Wanted me to log on so he could fix it ! He was a bit confused when I said I only had Apple computers and not Microsoft and then hung up when I told him that I would refer this to Action Fraud!

Calling to insist I could get free insulation even though I told him we just recently had it done for free. Annoying Indian who could not speak English very well at all and addressed me with just my surname, no Mr! I am also on Telephone Preference Service.

Had several calls from this number on our mobiles. I rang them back and ascertained from them that they had bought a quantity of telephone numbers from various sources and their computer was ringing them trying to get a positive response to their FREE BOILER initiatave. They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late.
