I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. Stated that insulation installed under previous 'Green Scheme' needed checking for damp every 4 years and they would arrange to do it for Free!! Mildly irritating and worrying for the unworldly.
