Rang the bank they put me through to fraud,was on hold ringing for 10 minutes, non the wiser,terrible service from the fraud department at the BOS bank of scotland,but what do you expect from these. This number called me with an automated voice, saying they were from BT and because there had been some suspicious activity on my landline, they were going to disconnect my line. I was to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I am not with BT and this number does not appear to be anything to do with BT. I did not press one. I am concerned that vulnerable, genuine BT customers with will be embroiled in some sort of scam.
