Gave his name as Karl Hammond and his partner in crime is Jacob Quinton who’s number is 07763094802 don’t believe for one moment that is their real names but might come in useful if anyone does receive a call from these scumbags. Fraud call purporting to be from Visa payment of £900 second time this week blocked but be recalled on another number
This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.
Fraud Tried to scam my grandmother our if all her savings, said it was the bank! Very manipulative and said not to tell anyone. They have since called several times.

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

I tried to call this number back to see who it was and the number didn't exist
SCAM Two calls in two days from this number, each time claiming to be someone different, neither convincing, both with red flags.
SCAM Claimed to be from Citizen's Advice concerning debt. Consultations with CAB are confidential, they don't give out people's details without permission, but I haven't spoken to them for many years anyway.
The second one today from the same stable - only the 2 digits at the end are different. Both calls from Manchester. There have been a few today - getting fed up with these scammers ringing constantly. They must be getting very strapped for cash to keep trying to defraud 'unsuspecting' people!! Got a call from this number today and I see people are saying it’s a scam. She asked if I was a housing tenet and did I have any repairs that haven’t been done. She meant mould and such but I don’t know what she could scam me out of. If anyone knows could they tell me worried about this.

Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. A so called "Phil jones"
A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.
