Just got a phone call to the landline from an Indian guy calling himself ‘Jason’ purporting to be from Microsoft. He knew my surname but when I told him that I knew that Microsoft NEVER phones he put the phone down. The number is 003726933068. STAY SAFE.

I have asked these companies to delete my contact from their database, since I am in the Robinson list, and it is illegal to contact me, since I have not requested anything about stock. 22 Nov 2021 - Called claiming they were from Carphone Warehouse. Asked to speak to their manager and they said they were busy in a meeting and would remove me from their database. Definitely spam avoid at all costs. Reply

Left a garbled voice message. Couldn't understand what he said.
Several calls and they hang up. Some spoke today, lot of noise in the background and I asked him to repeat something twice, he shouted at me "Are you deaf" and hung up.
I had a lot of Missed calls in the space of 45 mins..

Keeps calling , haven t answered it but when they leave a voice mail it is completely silent !! Don t trust numbers that wont leave a verbal message.
After a significant delay (always suspicious), "Hi, this is Matthew. I'm calling about the government scheme for insulation, which you had installed in your loft." As soon as I said "Oh, no you're not" because we have no loft and have not had any insulation of any description installed for more than 10 years, he immediately hung up.

Scammers trying to convince you to buy shares
SCAM Saying they are calling from virgin media, about our slow Internet router. They will proceed to ask you to download a software on your pc and then steal any banking details and passwords. We end up having 10 of these calls a day, it's so frustrating. I end up laughing and saying some choice words or going along pretending I'm doing what they are asking. When I say I'm not with virgin media they switch and say they are an it department for all Internet providers. Do not fall for this!!!
