They said they were from HMRC. That I was due a refund due to my tax on a ppi claim. I have never claimed on a ppi form. I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. They then said if I changed my mind to phone them. Very strange

Didn't answer them, they left no voicemail. I've been applying for loads of jobs recently so I assume it's either a call centre regarding that, or my numbers been sold on. SCAM This is someone claiming to be someone from sky saying the router speed in my area was being checked and the engineers were making changes to speed it up. He asked me to install a support app on my phone so he could check and make changes. At no point did he use my name or go through any kind of ID process. This is a scam. BEWARE I called sky who confirmed they do not make calls like this.
