This number called me this morning insisting they were my bank trying to prevent fraudulent transactions from a cloned card, then asked me to read out the digits on my card!! They didn't know which bank and stated it was an amazon transaction for £300 that was the fraud, this is tosh and I told them so, beware, they are very persistent even when called out.

When I told them that he had a mistake, he said it must be someone else who lived in my household within the last 3 years. When I told him that we had lived in our house for over a decade and no others living with us, he then put the phone down on me! How rude!!

I received a call on the 23rd from this number claiming to be from Natwest Fraud team, he knew all of my details and appeared to be genuine. I'm usually very careful about my security but I had a momentary lapse of concentration. I spoke to my bank in branch today who cancelled my card and my banking app. I was told that the person who I was speaking to earlier was very likely to be the scammer himself. I'm so f'ing angry!! Do not answer this bastard's number. Ever!
