call from this number Monday 6th March at 13.50 when an automated voice said I was about to spend £700 + on an Amazon order and that they had halted the transaction pending my pressing button 1. I smelt a rat and hung up then Googled the number to find this site. I'm confident it was a hoax.

016125048808 this number keeps on ringing but does not leave a message. I have now blocked this number as I have had several calls from Amazon this week which are spam calls, this could be just another number they are trying to use.

A female voice, who did not identify herself said that she wanted to speak to the home owner. I told her to ring my landlord. She then rang off. She did not use her name or my name, a typical SCAM attempt which failed as I went off script.

SCAM A man tried to tell me that my money was locked in the blockchain. I asked him to explain the blockchain to me and when I told him that he was wrong, he became aggressive. After doing a bit of digging, this is a Skype number and the caller is not in the UK at all.

This number called saying it’s ofcom and my landline and internet would be switched off within 24 hours!
Like the previous person who reported this number, I also received a text message with the same message. Firstly, I am not expecting a parcel. Second, I too am always in. And thirdly, the message came through at 00.16 am….!! I don’t know of any post office employee who would be calling or trying to deliver a parcel at just gone midnight…! SCAM
