This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. I've just been called by this number but they hung up as soon as I picked it up

Called today, asked for me by name (worrying as he said he got my number from price comparison sites, not possible as I always give 999999etc) said he was phoning to overhaul my life insurance .I have been registered with TPS and ex directory for decades.

Missed phone call on mobile, no idea who caller is.

This number phoned my mobile but did not leave message.

Called me 39 times even on hoilday in Spain never answer blocked

It s a hospital, the number probably doesn t take incoming calls. See Charlie s comment from earlier in this thread, it gives you the switchboard number.

This number has called us several times a day for the last couple of days. We haven t picked up and no message is left but the calls are a nuisance
