Silent call. Block it!

Recieved a text called number on the back of my card and verified it was a genuine HSBC number they confirmed and reassured me and they stated that I was wise to check. Good on HSBC they had noted 3 bogus transactions.

Very strange garbled noise on other end almost like the signal was bad. No idea who it was, got no response so hung up & blocked.

I have had a few calls from this number in the last few days. Not yet been able to get to my phone quick enough to answer it.I have just gone over from orange to EE as I was due an upgrade. Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help.
