Made payment of ?140 told them I would pay them again next month, gave them my account details, they rang me the next month and I made another payment from the same account, said I would pay outstanding balance next month. I have been away for a few weeks and when I returned home they have left me 2 messages on my works phone I then checked my emails and bank statements only to find out they have already took my money from
