This call came in, apparently from responding to a text. Never respond to text, reported to the OFT, MOJ and FSA. Rude guy said I must have responded drunk... This is a heavily regulated industry and they are in breach of every rule... My daughter has a 17 minute call to this number on her bill that has cost her £28...she didn't make that call but O2 will not remove it from her bill, they say that they 'never' incorrectly bill their customers!!....Wow!!!

Had a call from Maria, sounded really nice. Offered me a loyalty based price on my DGI Insurance for 3 years £150.00. Said she had my bank details and gave me my card number first 4 digits and asked if I would confirm the rest and expiry date. I did this and then she asked for the number on the back. I declined and have now cancelled my card. Not sure if this is a scam but not prepared to take the chance.
