I received a call from this number this morning asking me to confirm details of my router, telling me that someone else had been using it and trying to hack into it. I told her that there was not a problem. She kept telling me that I needed to give her details of passwords etc so I hung up after telling her several times that I wasn't interested and knew that it was a scam call.

The man on the other end sounded as though he was from India. He said he was our internet provider and that we had been hacked and people were using our system. Sounded plausible ( I don't think) I am aware of these scams.
