After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

Unexpected inbound call at 1724 hours on 27 Jan 2023. I diverted the caller to my phone's screening assistant but the caller hung up after 3 seconds.
Phone No. 01329239173 phoned today and claimed to be my bank security, without stating who I bank with, they said that I'd authorised Payments of £300 to Amazon and £1200 from a site I don't normally use. This was obviously a scam to get my Bank Details, I've checked with my bank and no such payments have been authorised, ,thank god. This comes after I've been hit on one of my cards for a payment I hadn't authorised with Fancy2go.com, another con artist.

Michael operates under micharr_8952 on ebay Working with a “Pamela Gordon” who banks at Halifax, Liverpool Allerton Road branch Email domain is registered with AOL No luck reverse image searching yet, but not to worry, I have plenty of time :-)

Scam! Making out he was from Ryanair!!! Wanted me to sceeen record online bank! Wanted my bank card details for no reason I was about to give my NatWest card and he said do you have a Monzo card!!!! SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.
