Spoof number. It doesn’t actually exist, so you can’t call them back. Just Indian call centre committing fraud. Do not answer. Block the number.

They have phoned my office number about 10 times and I haven't answered. Since my office number has voicemail it is rather surprising they haven't just left a message if they were a genuine caller. Therefore I believe these to be scammers. SCAM

I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2 offering a 50% discount. Wanted me to read a one time code. I checked and I did have a text from O2 but the code said it was to retrieve my account and that O2 would not ask for the number. I told the guy this and he insisted that it was a promotional code and the warning meant I shouldn't tell anyone else about the number. Looked up the number and it wasn't connecte with O2. I demanded proof from the guy that he was from O2 and he got upset at me. SCAM!

Claimed to be from the FCA about a frozen bit coin account. I challenged him to prove he was from the FCA and give me a number to call him back on. He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA.
