Silent call Kept ringing on my mobile but no name came up so I didn't answer as I didn't reconice the number. How can I find out more about this number who ever it was?
SCAM call claiming to be from an accident helpline, regarding a "minor road traffic accident" I'd experienced in the past year. I advised I don't drive and they hung up immediately.
Called out of the blue by this number (allegedly a landline in Northern Ireland). Nobody there when I answered so I suspect it is spam.
This number called my phone whilst I was out. Upon returning home and returning the call, they asked my name and insisted they hadn't called me. They wouldn't tell me who they were and hung up.

On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.

It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Microsoft from Reading called from this number and repeated the call 3 times despite scepticsm. Apparently all our devices have been hacked. It was difficult getting them off the phone but although they were convincing I think this was a scam caller that tried to keep us on the line and did so for 12 mins!!

This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.
