Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. Report and block their numbers, they don't turn up either.
