Cold calling scammer pretending to obtained my number from one of the major mobile companies of which he couldn’t provide. Call was dressed up as a promotional call attempting to get my details.

This guy is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’ that’s was never mentioned. He’s not even in your local area.

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Voicemail received from a Cardiff number claiming to be a new neighbour & asking for help (I live in North East England). Interesting that the same number has been searched over 100 times... Very suspicious - did not return call

Received a call from this number this morning, i let it go to answering machine ( landline) and no message was left, then called beeped & ended. Very suspicious call I felt.

Claiming to be from Amazon. Its a local STD code to me but the number it called I have never given to Amazon. So I'd say its spam.

It is a scam. This number was used to call me to say someone had fraudulently ordered a £750 i phone from Amazon and I should press a digit on my phone to be put through to someone who could help me. Checked my acct and nothing amiss.

I believe this to be a scam as it left a part recorded message about bank transfers or purchases to amazon and another firm £5000 and £11,000 if this is not correct please press 1.........fortunately my answer machine can't do that.

It's a scam pretending to be a mobile operator. Trying to get personal data, card numbers as payment for a service etc. Calling from various, similar numbers.

SCAM saying that they are sending the debt collectors to your house if you don't pay for the maintenance of Club Paradiso (Paramount) in Tenerife when in fact the Paramount is permanently closed and Silverpoint went into liquidation. Plus my case was in court and im a creditor with the Liquidation Administrators
